I believe that the best solutions come from combining diverse perspectives with innovative thinking. Collaboration and creativity are key to tackling challenges
Having worked on large-scale transformation projects in the rail, aviation, and parcel industries, Kirsten gained experience in both operational and supply chain roles on the shop floor, but has more recently specialized in commercial topics. She thrives on managing projects that range from crafting new product portfolios to mapping out customer journeys. One of her most rewarding projects was launching a product portfolio which she developed together with the client and Oliver Wyman team.
Kirsten served as the interim pricing manager for a client, working alongside a blended Oliver Wyman-client team for a year. This experience gave her valuable insights into pricing dynamics and helped her create solutions that resonate with client needs.
She pursued her studies in international relations in Germany, Spain, and Switzerland, earning her master’s degree from ETH Zurich.
When she's not at work, Kirsten loves outdoors adventures. Once a cellist, she now finds joy in movement and nature. Running is her go-to sport — the perfect activity wherever her travels take her. Recently, she’s discovered the thrill of road cycling, enjoying the flow of mountain climbing and the rush of speedy descents.
